XI International Forum "Loyal customer: Where is his button?"

The XI International Forum "Loyal Buyer: Where is His Button?" was held in Kiev on October 14-15, 2019, during which the founder and director of the project "InLoya.com" gave a presentation.
This forum is the largest annual event in the Russian-speaking space, in which experts are exchanging innovative developments in the world of attracting and retaining profitable clients. The forum concept was aimed at discussing the issue of challenges in the loyalty struggle, as well as at finding the optimal balance between customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
At the organized venue, along with 40 Ukrainian and foreign representatives from retail, medical institutions, banks and other spheres, the InLoya project founder Jamal Khasaev made a presentation on the topic "Loyalty programs in small and medium-sized enterprises: trend or necessity? Experience of Azerbaijan" and talked about the customer loyalty phenomenon that takes place in the reality of Azerbaijan.
As part of his speech, Jamal Khasaev spoke about the platform established by InLoya, which helps convert likes to a customer database under a Facebook page. It took a whole year only to communicate with Facebook in its development to enable the platform's connection to be embedded on the pages.
